este circuito usa realmente +12v e -12v ou onde está designado no circuito como -12v seria o GND dos 12v?

O circuito funciona com uma fonte simples de 12V. No esquema original, na página 4, vê-se a especificação da fonte de maneira mais convencional. Abraço,
